Our Business

We have acquired a vast experience undertaking complex projects such as building highways, bridges, channels, tunnels and commercial and residential contracting project. We also handle electricity, mechanical and plumping work. We have executed specialized work in water treatment stations, airports and military facilities; in addition to our work in cities planning and beautifying.

Building

Our work is extended to include building projects with the highest quality. We start the journey with feasibility study and initial design, then detailed design and execution. We also handle the contracting specification and maintenance and operation. Our work includes governmental, health care, commercial, industrial and educational buildings.

Airports

Through the years we have accumulated a very specialized experience in air ports contracting and construction projects, including building support towers, helicopters landing, aircraft runway and parking; in addition to the operational and maintenance work required for such projects. Our contracting work includes designing and building the main infrastructures, concrete structures and managing every aspect of electrical and mechanical systems.

Infrastructure

We offer different environmental services such as exploring locations and designs, in addition to undertaking various contacting work related to water networks, sanitary drainage, water treatment plants, dams and storages.
Running such projects effectively requires us to include environmental engineers in the process of field studies, planning and waste management and hydraulic systems.

Highways

Since we launched in 1965, we have been honored to build what amounts to more than 3000 km of roads and highways. Once of our accomplishments is AlHijaz Road, a highway connecting Makkah and Madinah, going through a series of mountains and valleys, the ministry of transportation trusted us with a more than 400 km highway.

Bridges

We have built more than 100 bridges in the kingdom with different heights and widths, different designs and shapes. We have a special team of experts provided with highly specialized equipment such as giant tower cranes, precast bridges and cast-in-place bridges. One example of our work is the project of Al Taif and Ashirah highway
One example of our work is the project of Taif and Ashirah highway, and Mina walking passageway that leads to AlMuaisem road (near Makkah) in addition to the precast bridges in the 4th ring road project in Makkah.

Tunnels

AlHarbi Contracting is responsible for building tunnels throughout the kingdom, including the expanding of King Khalid Bridge (Phase 3) in the southern region of Mina. The project is based on two tunnels, with 1203 m each. Our work included the stone drilling and electrical works. We have used advanced systems and equipment to execute the project, which was delivered in 7 months in preparation to AlHajj season, to reduce the pilgrims' congestion.

Design and initial Planning

Our design department works on offering fast and accurate solutions to civil projects as well as roads and bridges projects. The team is a collection of engineers and planners who have a vast knowledge of electrical and civil engineering and mechanical design and planning, taking advantage of highly advanced and specialized software in initial design, planning and quality assurance processes. The team works together with the engineers in the location to develop different solutions to the building problems, which allows work to continue effortlessly within the timeline of the project.

Equipment & Machinery

Our broad variety and diverse sizes of machinery and equipment enable us to execute and implement our plans, translating them from paper to the real world as roads, bridges, and establishments. To ensure the highest of quality and efficiency, we are attentive in conducting research on the latest equipment and machinery and acquiring the best fit to implement our immense project portfolio. As a result, we have an ownership of the most superior and advanced production units that enable us to work on projects that involve cement, asphalt mixers, and quarries. We also own an entire fleet of heavy weight and specialized equipment, such as horizontal drilling machines and tunnel drilling machines which are distinctively accurate and have a diameter that ranges from 600 mm to 3500mm.
